Order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, customized and made to order products may take a little longer but will normally be dispatched within 4 working days.

Delivery method can be chosen on checkout. Standard delivery is by Royal mail and usually takes 3 - 5 days, express delivery is by courier and takes 2-3 days, 

I hope you'll be very happy with what I'm selling however if you make an order but want a refund then refund or exchange, requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.
